Parents who should not be...

Okay, so that last blog was pretty insane, right? Well, I've got something to add to that... a story about the father/husband of this crazy family!

Again, it was at Shane's softball game this past Friday night. Once again, Certified Transmission lost the game (right now, they are 2-8, yikes!) Well, the husband of the aforementioned mother was playing catcher. He apparently was not too thrilled at anyone's performance that evening, but in particular, a certain decision made by the guy on first base to run to second base, without paying attention to whether or not the ball that went flying to centerfield was going to be caught. Needless to say, since he did not run back to first to tag up, he was out at second. Now, everyone was thinking he was less than intelligent for this action, but most handled it with maturity.
After the game, as we are all walking to our cars, this husband/father decides to start a fight with the less than intelligent man who got out at second. There were ALOT of not-so-nice words exchanged and Shane and I decided we did not wish to be a part of this. These two GROWN men, both on the SAME team, proceeded to shove each other back and forth, until other members of the team could break the shoving match up.
The moral of my story is... apparently this not-so-bright husband and wife should not be allowed to have children! Because remember, we are watching our men playing softball... this means the 4 year old son of the catcher who started this fight is watching. Great example, huh?? So, this 4 year old will be scarred by watching his father act like a two year old and the 1 year old daughter will be slowly invaded with nicotine toxins! Amazing!!
